Black Angus beef, hanger streak, veal, ground veggies, Chianti wine and tomatoes. Hours of slow simmering needed for this classic. Great with any fresh Made Pasta. Instructions: Refrigerate sauce immediately upon delivery. Because cookware and stove temperatures tend to vary place sauce in pan and heat until hot stirring very often. Approximately 5 to 10 minutes.
